I was named after Amelia Earhart. To make a long story short - I have big shoes to fill. 

While Earhart set off in her plane to chase adventure across the Atlantic, I like to think of my creative work as my plane. Like my namesake did in hers, my creative plane lets me explore. It pushes me to reach for my wildest dreams. And it carries me into the future. 

As Earhart once said, “adventure is worthwhile in itself.” I’ve had a few adventures of my own so far, including working at a bakery, teaching Irish Dance, and living in Australia. Each stop in my journey has not only been worthwhile, but has left me wanting more. So I continue to take inspiration from my eponym - I’ll never stop chasing down adventures, even if they scare me, “because the most effective way to do it, is to do it.”
